Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full material compliance strategy and execution for all Starlink hardware, including Full Material Declarations, BOM analysis, and supply chain data management
  • •Lead RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Prop 65, and global compliance programs
  • •Manage material data systems and drive supplier data collection and validation
  • •Conduct risk assessments on new components and materials and provide clear compliance direction to design, sourcing, and teams
  • •Prepare and maintain technical documentation and regulatory files for global environmental compliance

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, material engineering, materials science, environmental science, chemistry, or other STEM discipline
  • •1+ years of experience in materials & environmental compliance for high-volume consumer electronics, industrial equipment, or information technology equipment (internship experience is applicable)
  • •3+ years of direct experience in materials & environmental compliance for high-volume electronics (consumer electronics, IT, or automotive strongly preferred)
  • •Deep expertise in RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and Full Material Declaration processes
  • •Hands-on experience with material data management systems and supplier data collection at scale
