  • •Design the observability maturity journey and assist customers in their path forward.
  • •Provide expert-level troubleshooting, guidance, and technical reviews, including assistance with RCA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • •Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
  • •Strong understanding of observability solutions; experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki is a plus.
