Job Summary

Join Hang Seng’s Retail Distribution team as an Associate Relationship Manager and complete a structured training program to build retail banking product knowledge. In a branch network setting, you’ll deliver quality customer service, proactively identify customer needs, and recommend suitable banking services. You’ll also support promotional campaigns to acquire new business, strengthen customer loyalty, and maintain awareness of operational risks and applicable policies.

Key Requirements

•Hold a university degree/Associate degree or HKCEE/HKDSE.
•Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in the banking industry (candidates from other financial services firms are welcome).
•Attain required professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 required; HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 preferred) and fulfill competency requirements for regulated activities.
•Strong service and sales orientation with good communication skills and self-motivation.
•Be proficient in English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage) with strong customer centricity and ability to manage complex interactions.
