Key Responsibilities

•Lead BIM modelling for dry utilities networks, supervise production work, and coach the team to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
•Review BIM outputs for consistency with project requirements, clash checks, and coordinate with design engineers and clients.
•Coordinate and work with multidisciplinary teams, maintain BEP and BIM project workflow criteria, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
•Maintain cloud collaboration for model synchronization, prepare discipline models for BIM coordination meetings, and manage document control.
•Report progress to BIM Lead/Coordinator and assist in upskilling team members to meet project needs.
