Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain the Actor Suspension policy framework, including scope, core definitions, and enforcement decision criteria.
  • •Clarify evidence requirements, decision guidelines, reasoning/write-up standards, and applicable conditions to improve interpretability.
  • •Run an operating loop with Account Suspension Operations and Appeals teams to capture disputes and codify edge cases into policy clarifications and decision templates.
  • •Identify emerging risk patterns and policy loopholes via case reviews and trend monitoring, and propose targeted policy responses with closed-loop actions.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and other risk stakeholders to translate policy into executable processes, SOPs, evidence chains, escalation pathways, and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in trust and safety, ads integrity, risk governance, policy operations, anti fraud, or related fields.
  • •Strong policy writing and structuring skills to turn complex cases into clear standards and operational guidance.
  • •Proven cross-functional collaboration skills to align stakeholders and drive closure in ambiguous situations.
  • •Strong problem solving and risk judgment to identify patterns and propose practical governance solutions.
  • •High proficiency in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing; both are required.
