Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain the Actor Suspension policy framework, including scope, core definitions, and enforcement decision criteria.
•Clarify evidence requirements, decision guidelines, reasoning/write-up standards, and applicable conditions to improve interpretability.
•Run an operating loop with Account Suspension Operations and Appeals teams to capture disputes and codify edge cases into policy clarifications and decision templates.
•Identify emerging risk patterns and policy loopholes via case reviews and trend monitoring, and propose targeted policy responses with closed-loop actions.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and other risk stakeholders to translate policy into executable processes, SOPs, evidence chains, escalation pathways, and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in trust and safety, ads integrity, risk governance, policy operations, anti fraud, or related fields.
•Strong policy writing and structuring skills to turn complex cases into clear standards and operational guidance.
•Proven cross-functional collaboration skills to align stakeholders and drive closure in ambiguous situations.
•Strong problem solving and risk judgment to identify patterns and propose practical governance solutions.
•High proficiency in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing; both are required.
