Job Summary

Lead and further develop the company’s global Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs within the LS&Co. Global Sustainability team. Monitor emerging EPR and waste regulations worldwide, interpret applicability, and support compliance submissions while tracking KPIs. Drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve circularity, enhance data quality, and partner with internal stakeholders and external organizations to strengthen verification, assurance, and eco-modulation accountability.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and further develop global EPR programs.
•Monitor and interpret emerging EPR and waste regulations globally; determine applicability by products, materials, and producer status.
•Prepare compliance submissions with 3rd-party partners for in-scope markets and track KPIs across jurisdictions.
•Drive strategic initiatives and improvements that deliver measurable progress against waste reduction goals and enable greater circularity.
•Engage internal teams and external stakeholders to support eco-modulation and continuously enhance processes and data quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 248,000 - 337,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the textiles and apparel industry.
•Experience managing circularity and waste responsibilities.
•Deep experience with extended producer responsibility waste directive framework.
•Understanding of waste streams for retail, distribution, and textiles supply chain.
•Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Circularity, Packaging Engineering, Sustainable business, or similar.
