Key Responsibilities

  • •Wire, assemble, fit, and mount sub-assemblies, components, and fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment.
  • •Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards to customer specifications using electrical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and work instructions.
  • •Perform assembly for test preparation and final inspection, including power checking procedures to verify electrical/mechanical integrity.
  • •Inspect and test finished products to maintain quality standards and ensure conformance with specifications and codes.
  • •Participate in Lean initiatives and 5S, maintain equipment/tools/work area, cross-train across functions, and communicate progress, issues, and part shortages.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year of experience in an assembly-related role using hand and/or power tools, or completion of a one-year Technical School diploma from an accredited institution.
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience with wiring diagrams, schematics, and power flow to install correct wires.
  • •Experience with measuring tools, torque tolerance, and hardware assembly.
  • •Must lift 35 lbs regularly and be able to work overtime as required.
