Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and manage a prioritized backlog of tasks for agile engineering teams supporting TOFT and LCT development and sustainment.
  • •Research, analyze, and compile complex technical data to optimize effectiveness across program lifecycle in projected operational environments.
  • •Apply systems engineering processes to design system of systems, systems, and new product development, including deriving architectures and functional requirements.
  • •Manage technical planning and control, maintain and improve processes and software tools, and participate in SAFe planning and execution.
  • •Develop and revise Statements of Work (SOWs) and supplier SOWs; oversee training and lead/mentor others.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or directly related non-US equivalent qualifications.
  • •5+ years’ experience with data analytics or computer technology.
  • •1+ year experience managing projects with Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting requirements.
  • •Experience in scaled agile planning and execution, including maintaining a prioritized backlog of tasks for agile engineering teams.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance post-start and meet U.S. export control requirements as a U.S. Person.
