Ensure the Silver Peak site complies with environmental regulations and corporate policies. Manage waste disposal and land reclamation, mitigate impacts to wildlife, and control pollutants and effluents (air and water). Support environmental operations through grants/licenses oversight, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, internal audits, process hazard analysis, and assistance with Management of Change systems alongside HSE leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure Silver Peak compliance with applicable regulations and corporate policies.
•Manage disposal of waste, reclamation of disturbed land, and mitigation of impacts to wildlife.
•Control and mitigate pollutants and effluents (air/water) with adverse environmental impact.
•Administer grants and licenses to support continued operations.
•Conduct internal audits, root-cause investigations with corrective actions, and process hazard analysis; assist with Management of Change system and HSE knowledge gaps.

Key Requirements

•Experience with MSHA or OSHA compliance.
•2+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, petroleum industry, or mining.
•B.S. Technical Degree or sufficient experience in a comparable role.
•Experience with environmental compliance management, especially in Nevada.
•Experience with root cause investigation, process hazard analysis, management of change, and environmental or safety auditing.
