Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute financial closing and forecasting to ensure timely, accurate reporting for the module center.
  • •Conduct detailed analysis of operating expenses, including budget development, performance monitoring, and cost-metrics improvement opportunities.
  • •Evaluate and support cost reduction projects (e.g., Cost of Poor Quality and Product Cost) and establish metrics to drive financial outcomes.
  • •Partner with operations on inventory management processes and analyze trends and opportunities to improve inventory age and controls.
  • •Mentor less experienced team members and promote a compliance-based culture aligned with RTX financial policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field with 8+ years of relevant financial experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Progressive accounting and financial experience with demonstrated success driving change.
  • •Ability to lead, work under dynamic conditions, work across disciplines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • •CPA or MBA preferred.
  • •Onsite manufacturing shop or financial experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
