Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, select, and order cost-effective manufacturing equipment for company products.
  • •Oversee installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • •Monitor equipment manufacturer technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
  • •Study equipment performance and reliability, and establish programs to improve uptime.
  • •Provide technical support for equipment repair and process engineering teams and define preventative maintenance schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Equipment Engineer in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with thin films, plasma etch, wet chemistry, and diffusion (preferred).
  • •Equipment experience across OEMs (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and SPC techniques, including cleanroom protocol behaviors.
