Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and manage accounting and tax records in accordance with Kazakhstan legislation, including developing accounting policy and ensuring correct transaction recording.
  • •Prepare and submit accounting (financial), tax, statistical, and other mandatory reports and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • •Monitor financial and cash discipline, efficient resource use, and analyze financial and business activities; participate in planning and budgeting.
  • •Oversee tax calculation and payments, interact with tax authorities and related regulatory bodies, and prepare audit-related explanations.
  • •Lead the accounting department by allocating duties, monitoring staff work quality, and ensuring professional development.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 5 years of accounting experience, including more than 5 years in a similar role.
  • •Higher education plus professional accountant and tax consultant certifications.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting and Kazakhstan tax legislation (VAT, corporate income tax, simplified tax regime, insurance contributions).
  • •In-depth knowledge of internal financial control and risk management.
  • •Proficiency with 1C, electronic document management (EDM), Excel, and budgeting/financial analysis.
