Job Summary

Keep the venue show-ready by performing cleaning, disinfection, restocking, and maintenance of production equipment and plant facilities. Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, run preventive maintenance, and perform emergency repairs during production. Support sustainability efforts, assist with end-of-show venue closeout, and carry out simple machinist, plumbing, and carpentry tasks using hand and power tools while following all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Keep the venue safe and clean by disinfecting fixtures and restrooms, clearing trash, and restocking restroom supplies and hygiene products.
•Perform emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment and plant facilities during production and machine service.
•Carry out mechanic tasks including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting, diagnosis, parts replacement/repair, and testing/adjustments.
•Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
•Perform preventive maintenance, plus simple machinist work, plumbing maintenance, and carpentry tasks while maintaining compliant, orderly work areas.

Key Requirements

•Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent production maintenance experience.
•An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
•Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
•Able to perform constant walking and climbing stairs, and lift/carry 50 lbs+ with occasional sitting.
