Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Lead and Senior Analytics Engineers to drive career growth and a high-trust culture.
  • •Stay hands-on by writing and reviewing SQL/dbt code, driving technical design, and upholding a high bar for testing and documentation across the Snowflake + dbt stack.
  • •Own the roadmap for your portion of the analytics platform, prioritizing work that maximizes business impact while balancing delivery, quality, and technical debt.
  • •Drive centralized data and semantic layer build-out in partnership with Business Intelligence and Analytics to support a single source of truth for KPIs, dashboards, models, and AI agents.
  • •Champion data quality, observability, and governance (testing, lineage, cataloging, and incident response) and improve dbt architecture, performance, incremental strategies, and CI/CD practices.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence with strong SQL and dimensional/data modeling skills.
  • •2+ years of people management experience leading senior individual contributors, including performance and career development.
  • •Deep hands-on expertise with dbt and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred), including incremental models, testing strategies, and macros.
  • •Proven experience designing and operating a semantic or metrics layer used as a trusted source of truth across an organization.
  • •Track record partnering with cross-functional senior leaders to translate business problems into durable data products.
