Lead civil and structural execution for projects in Cd. Obregón, coordinating and supervising delivery within time, scope, and quality. Support the Sr. Project Manager (CMR) with progress reporting, defining project standards and metrics, and resolving execution issues with the general contractor. Monitor schedule, budget, and cash-flow baselines, manage risk/issue/action registries, and ensure on-site implementation, documentation, and CBI philosophy adherence.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Sr. Project Manager (CMR) by supervising and reporting civil and structural progress to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within technical standards.
•Help establish project management standards and metrics for use across the project.
•Identify execution issues and work with the general contractor (GC) to address them based on project organization structure.
•Monitor project schedule, budget, and cash-flow baselines; identify savings and overruns and manage issue/risk/action registries.
•Ensure on-site implementation of approved actions and workarounds, maintain local project documentation repositories, and lead adherence to the CBI philosophy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architectural.
•15 years of experience.
•10–13 years of management experience.
•Ability to interpret MS Project and use AutoCad, Excel, and Word.
•Experience supporting civil/structural project execution, reporting, and coordination with contractors.
