Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and validate manufacturing test flow for next-generation HBM products.
  • •Optimize test coverage across current/future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes for high-volume manufacturing effectiveness.
  • •Improve device/stacked yield by debugging reliability issues and optimizing test coverage and strategy.
  • •Support new product design validation, including design verification and in-depth circuit analysis using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
  • •Lead and mentor others while collaborating cross-functionally (e.g., Fab, product leads, technology development, test solution engineering) to deliver quality, cost, and cycle-time outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • •Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation.
  • •Solid problem-solving skills to identify root causes and explore solution spaces.
  • •Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
  • •Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
