Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries on order status, changes, and cancellations.
  • •Collaborate with buyers on purchasing activities and help optimize procurement efficiency.
  • •Prepare and process purchase orders and payment approvals to support procurement operations.
  • •Compile and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and critical data; maintain comprehensive purchasing and delivery records; coordinate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • •Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in spoken and written English.
  • •Non-product procurement experience.
  • •Master’s degree in operations or supply chain (preferred).
  • •Prior experience negotiating contracts and/or holding APICS or continuous improvement certification (preferred).
