Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage client-facing workshops and engagements to drive project success and client satisfaction.
•Design and implement Power Platform solutions including Copilot Studio agents and Teams Toolkit; translate business needs into working technical solutions.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure Copilot-based solutions under pressure.
•Share best practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio with global teams and contribute to capability development.
•Oversee task backlog and contribute to solution estimates for client projects.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading client-facing engagements, workshops, and guiding clients to success.
•Design and develop Power Platform, Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
•Lead a team of experts to deliver solutions.
•Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality results.
•Demonstrated expertise in the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot, with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
