Job Summary

Lead the Data Products pillar and technical roadmap for a clinical-data foundation, owning clinical data ingestion, canonical data modeling, and ingestion scalability. Manage and optimize data pipelines, data hygiene, canonical storage standards, and observability. Drive enterprise reporting capabilities and enable an AI-powered SDLC to accelerate development while maintaining strong code quality, security, and compliance in regulated healthcare environments. Partner closely with the VP of Engineering and cross-functional Product, Data Science, and Design teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Data Products technical roadmap, canonical data modeling, and ingestion scalability.
•Manage and optimize the clinical data ingestion pipeline.
•Oversee scaling of customer data onboarding and continuous improvement of data hygiene, canonical storage standards, and data pipeline observability.
•Enable shared funnel visibility and support development of an enterprise reporting framework.
•Drive adoption of an AI-powered SDLC to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment while maintaining code quality and security standards.

Salary: USD 223,100 - 290,000

Key Requirements

•10+ years of engineering experience building high-scale data platforms, distributed systems, and interoperability standards such as FHIR and CCDA.
•Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams handling data-heavy workloads and complex clinical data pipelines.
•Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams delivering complex software in regulated environments.
•Experience implementing and scaling AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., AI code assistants, automated testing, AI-driven SDLC) to improve productivity.
•Strong operational understanding of HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance requirements in highly regulated healthcare environments.
