Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering experience building high-scale data platforms, distributed systems, and interoperability standards such as FHIR and CCDA.
  • •Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams handling data-heavy workloads and complex clinical data pipelines.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams delivering complex software in regulated environments.
  • •Experience implementing and scaling AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., AI code assistants, automated testing, AI-driven SDLC) to improve productivity.
