Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate installation, inspection, and repair of facility equipment including HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, UPS systems, PDU, switchgear, generators, and cooling infrastructure.
  • •Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation and regulatory compliance.
  • •Manage employees, vendors, and contractors to ensure work meets site requirements and deadlines, including required documentation and escalation adherence.
  • •Maintain facility logs, equipment manuals, SOPs, and other technical documentation; monitor BMS/DCIM tools and escalate/resolution for alarms.
  • •Serve as after-hours escalation for facility events and critical incidents; train and mentor junior staff on SOPs and safety protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 10 years of experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers, hospitals, or high-availability industrial facilities.
  • •Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, emergency power systems, electrical distribution, and fire suppression.
  • •Experience supervising technicians and/or contractors in high-uptime environments.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and equipment schematics.
  • •EPA 608 certification required within 90 days of hire.
