Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply deep technical knowledge across one or several domains including product engineering, system engineering, front-end/back-end processes, PFA, qualification, or test.
  • •Support integration of customer requirements into internal design and manufacturing processes.
  • •Participate in technical reviews, debug sessions, and failure analysis activities.
  • •Work with internal teams across build, product engineering, and manufacturing to resolve technical challenges.
  • •Assist in yield improvement and qualification efforts tied to customer programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • •Hands-on experience in one or more areas such as product development, systems build, front-end/back-end process development, Package Failure Analysis (PFA), qualification, or test.
  • •Collaborate with the Customer Integration Lead and Technical Leader during technical discussions with customers.
  • •Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and communicate effectively while working across teams.
  • •(Preferred) Provide clear technical updates and documentation for internal and external collaborators.
