Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze machines utilization to improve and ensure quality output.
  • •Maintain overall production efficiencies for assigned workstations.
  • •Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting hazards.
  • •Work with equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet product requirements.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing (added advantage).
  • •Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a drive for growth.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • •Ability to do 12-hour shifts (including night shift) and use AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving.
