Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare consulting engagements focused on patient experience implementation
  • •Strong understanding of patient experience measurement methodologies (including CAHPS), patient experience analytics, and key drivers across inpatient, emergency department, medical group, support services, and payer settings
