Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Romania and designated GMS Europe countries as key mobility locations.
  • •Ensure project international work mobility compliance requirements are met.
  • •Align with the Romania One Country HR model and manage mobility requirements and partnerships across multiple European countries.
  • •Support implementation of the Project Assignment Mobility (PAM) Strategy for Europe and client billable projects.
  • •Manage service providers (e.g., EY, Fragomen) and coordinate documentation for social security authorities, including final review of tax filings and immigration cessation.

Key Requirements
