Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests for conference room and collaboration technologies.
  • •Provide remote assistance and training to end users on AV system user controls.
  • •Perform routine remote maintenance checks and preventative maintenance on AV systems.
  • •Run daily and routine remote testing and troubleshooting for integrated conference rooms and AV components.
  • •Coordinate with client help desk ticketing and escalate next-level break-fix issues to the manager for resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • •Demonstrated working knowledge of AV practices and procedures
  • •Videoconferencing experience, including operation and call set-up
  • •Demonstrated AV control experience, including Crestron Extron and/or AMX
  • •Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic troubleshooting, independently and with strong attention to detail
