Key Responsibilities

  • •Process the entire export process and other miscellaneous trade operations activities per internal policies, SOPs, and ICC guidelines.
  • •Perform sanction checking of relevant parties and handle commodity trade operation documents.
  • •Authorize and input transactions into the processing system, and prepare/authorize relevant SWIFT messages.
  • •Ensure charges recovery and prevent revenue leakage; resolve errors and ensure no outstanding reconciliation entries in Nostro/internal accounts.
  • •Escalate errors/customer complaints/defects, recommend SOP/OPM/ADM improvements, and support training to address knowledge gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •At least 2-4 years of relevant trade operations experience.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of export LC payments, discounting, and risk participations.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of accounting entries and UATs, with understanding of amortization principles.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) with strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills.
