Drive performance insights across paid media, owned channels, and social commerce to inform investment, optimize campaigns, and boost acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Partner with marketing teams to test, measure, and scale digital experiences and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze marketing performance across the full funnel to identify growth opportunities.
•Evaluate channel effectiveness using attribution, incrementality, and ROI frameworks.
•Provide actionable recommendations to optimize spend allocation, targeting and customer journeys.
•Measure and monitor performance across social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop) and design and evaluate A/B tests across new commerce capabilities.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track marketing and social commerce KPIs and ensure consistency of outputs across channels.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics or related field
•3+ years of experience in digital analytics or marketing analytics
•Strong experience with digital marketing measurement, including paid media, attribution, and funnel analysis
•Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
•Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4) and familiarity with social commerce ecosystems
