Drive market-facing strategy by shaping product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market messaging across ICPs and buying personas. Partner with sales and demand generation to improve pipeline quality, win rates, and conversion, while creating sales enablement assets like battle cards, objection-handling guides, and ROI tools. Build competitive intelligence frameworks, define TAM/TAL and segmentation (including micro-segmentation), and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

•Track market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape using competitive intelligence frameworks and benchmarking.
•Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to ICPs, segments, and buying personas.
•Create and maintain sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI tools) and enable/train sales teams.
•Define TAM/TAL and segmentation strategies, identify high-potential use cases and whitespace opportunities, and partner on targeted campaigns.
•Influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and leadership; present recommendations and drive alignment.

Key Requirements

•4–7 years of experience in product marketing or strategy (preferably SaaS/B2B tech).
•Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, sales cycles, and enterprise buying behavior.
•Experience partnering with sales teams to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
•Analytical mindset to translate insights into actionable strategies.
•Experience working in high-growth or category-creating SaaS environments (e.g., MarTech, customer engagement, or AI-led products).
