Job Summary

Provide second-line networking managed services for clients by proactively monitoring, triaging, and resolving incidents and service requests within SLA. Apply deep knowledge of switching/routing and stack configuration to investigate problems, troubleshoot hardware-level failures, and restore service. Handle network upgrade and replacement activities, support project work as needed, and work with technologies including SD-WAN, ISE, and routing protocols like OSPF/EIGRP/BGP.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor client requests/tickets and resolve incidents and requests with medium complexity without breaching SLA.
•Investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore client service.
•Perform switching and routing troubleshooting, including stack configuration troubleshooting and hardware-level failure diagnosis.
•Support network device replacement and production readiness activities using router/switch knowledge.
•Contribute to or support project work as required, including upgrades and related networking activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•CCNP or equivalent certification.
•Hands-on experience with IOS/SUP upgradation (e.g., 5K/7K/9K/4500/6500/ASR).
•Complete knowledge of routers and switches, including stack configuration and troubleshooting, to resolve complex incidents.
•Sound knowledge of network concepts such as VLAN/VTP/STP/VSS/VDC/VPC and routing protocols like OSPF/EIGRP/BGP (including PBR/HSRP/ACL).
