Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and verify vehicle flow at gate access, including queue management, driver identity checks, and external vehicle technical condition checks.
  • •Inspect and validate container and truck seals, integrity, and external physical condition according to company safety procedures.
  • •Identify and manage discrepancies/non-conformities using the specific work procedures and instructions.
  • •Record complete operational/work data in the Terminal Operating System (TOS) and ensure safe, high-quality terminal operations.
  • •Supervise and support loading/unloading and rail handling activities, including traffic coordination, container fixing placement, and documentation/reporting for shipments and customs.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed secondary education or higher technical profile studies.
  • •Approximately 1 year of direct experience in a similar environment (transport, logistics, warehousing).
  • •Valid driving license category B.
  • •Ability to work in shifts and cover the full schedule (Mon–Fri, 6:00–22:00).
