Join Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing to deliver on-site tool and equipment installation for semiconductor fabs, fab conversions, and progressive builds. You’ll own IFC/design knowledge, collaborate with factory owners, suppliers, EMS, and systems owners to align orders and schedules, and ensure documentation and configuration accuracy for right-first-time delivery. Key Responsibilities

•Create/own IFC (Issue For Construction) and design knowledge to support tool install work.
•Collaborate with factory owners and stakeholders to ensure tools/equipment/kits are ordered to the tool install schedule, resolving issues and escalating as required.
•Coordinate with EMS and systems owners so systems reflect equipment requirements and schedules; drive system and part number configuration/genealogy accuracy for right-first-time delivery.
•Work with stakeholders and suppliers to forecast equipment and funding needs, align planning to tool install milestones, and ensure materials/resources deliver services on time.
•Ensure execution readiness by training staff, issuing change orders/funding approvals before work starts, and maintaining safety, housekeeping, and standards at facilities/sites.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in Project/Construction Management, Tool Install/Qualification, Process, or Equipment Engineering.
•Ability to lead discussions with executive management and manage efforts hands-on when needed.
•Commitment to building and maintaining a safety culture throughout the assigned onsite scope.
•Drive decision-making, identify improvements, develop concepts, and solve problems in a highly matrix environment.
