Job Summary

Lead end-to-end project operations, covering safety, quality, estimating, and financial performance. Oversee work from pre-construction through final payment, manage preconstruction planning meetings, and maintain accurate schedules and daily reporting (including DQW quantities and P&L). Own subcontract/material purchase order readiness, mentor direct reports, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and support bidding activities and quality/safety audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage projects from pre-construction through final payment, including overall operational accountability for safety, quality, estimating, and financial results.
•Schedule and lead internal and external preconstruction planning and meetings; ensure subcontracts and material purchase orders are submitted and approved before work activities.
•Create and maintain accurate project schedules and daily schedules; review schedules (including trucking/plant) for correctness and maintain daily employee coordination.
•Track and report project quantities daily in DQW; review daily/weekly P&L reports for accuracy; maintain job folders.
•Oversee estimating and quality/safety activities, including bid process responsibilities, quality and safety audits, and participation in required TAR/IPC audits.

•High School Diploma.
•Three (3) years minimum experience as a Field Engineer, estimator, or related experience.
•Written and oral communication skills.
•Strong problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
