Job Summary

Lead HR Business Partner coverage for North Asia, advising business leaders and driving talent strategy, HR governance, and effective HR services. Own regional HR planning, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and compensation/benefits calibration. Partner with COEs and country HRBPs to implement talent and HR initiatives, support RFP/client pitches, and embed a collaborative “One Team” culture across Greater China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and deliver an HR plan for the business segment, supporting job-ready talent supply, leadership succession, and retention.
•Lead HR strategy and execution as the North Asia Business Partner adviser, including employee human relations and performance evaluation/coaching.
•Establish HR governance frameworks, manage HR compliance and reporting, and advise management on labor reduction and other business scenarios.
•Partner with COEs and country HRBPs to implement and maintain talent and HR initiatives, ensuring HR services meet business needs.
•Drive culture and talent outcomes, including engagement and diversity, compensation/benefits calibration, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of HRBP experience, ideally from a multinational corporation.
•Experience as an HR business partner supporting talent and leadership succession/retention strategies.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Energy and construction industry experience is an advantage.
•Experience supporting HR governance, compliance reporting, and employee relations.
