Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across HNC Engineering and Level 3 Aerospace and Advanced Manufacturing programmes aligned to apprenticeship standards and employer requirements.
  • •Plan, deliver, monitor, and continuously improve curriculum delivery while fostering an engaging learning environment.
  • •Prepare, assess, and provide timely constructive feedback to support learner achievement and progression.
  • •Run regular apprentice reviews, set meaningful targets, monitor progress with accurate records, and produce reports to support performance improvement.
  • •Analyse learner data to identify trends and implement effective interventions, and contribute to inclusive blended learning using Canvas and other digital learning technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven engineering industry experience within aerospace, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience mentoring and supporting apprentices in a workplace environment.
  • •A teaching or training qualification, plus experience developing blended learning resources and delivering through a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
  • •Experience delivering BTEC Engineering programmes up to Level 4 (highly advantageous).
  • •Ability to assess learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback across classroom and blended learning approaches.
