Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct technical tests and experiments for process and R&D engineering in wafer fabrication.
  • •Set up semiconductor processing equipment to strict specifications and work on fab equipment/processes for performance.
  • •Monitor, audit, and provide mentorship to line operators; process test runs and prepare detailed records and charts/graphs for engineering review.
  • •Troubleshoot tool issues, and analyze/dispose out-of-control events according to established SPC rules.
  • •Assist with installation, relocation, and upgrades of tools; maintain TPM and 6S activities and complete maintenance check sheets and related tracking programs.

Key Requirements

  • •A relevant Diploma in any Engineering courses OR equivalent working experience.
  • •Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field.
  • •Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • •Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • •Open to working flexible hours, including night shifts.
