Key Responsibilities

  • •Train and fine-tune LLMs, LMMs, and image/video generation models.
  • •Improve state-of-the-art performance for LLMs, LMMs, and image/video generation models.
  • •Accelerate training and inference speed for LLMs, LMMs, and image/video generation models.
  • •Research novel ML techniques and model architectures.
  • •Publish work in top-tier venues and engage with academia and open-source ML communities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 115,500 - 198,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience training LLMs, LMMs, and/or diffusion models.
  • •Knowledge of transformer architectures and the latest training approaches for LLMs, LMMs, and diffusion models.
  • •Experience with hyper-parameter tuning, data preprocessing, and tokenization methods for foundation models.
  • •Proficiency developing and debugging in Python.
  • •Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow, including distributed training.
