•Provide remote assistance and training to end users for AV systems user controls.
•Support end users using MS Teams and MS Teams Live Direct, including operational use of collaboration tools.
•Perform preventive monitoring sweeps and services on AV systems.
•Perform basic troubleshooting and last-minute break-fix resolutions for AV/V issues.
•Coordinate with client teams using a help desk ticketing system and escalate next-level break-fix issues to the manager.
