Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer security procedures in a classified (SAP) environment in accordance with applicable government policies (e.g., NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG).
  • •Supervise/manage a small team, including scheduling, coaching, training, and evaluating performance, and set team schedules, tasks, and priorities.
  • •Develop and implement program-specific SOPs, OPSEC plans, transportation plans, test plans, and related approvals; support internal reviews and Government compliance inspections.
  • •Maintain accreditation of secure facilities per ICD 705 standards and implement media control/material accountability processes.
  • •Oversee PERSEC records, visitor management and escort procedures, investigate security incidents, and provide security oversight and education for program leadership, employees, and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •A university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • •Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, DoDM 5200.1 series, 5105.21 series, SEAD 3/4, or ICD 705.
  • •Ability to supervise and manage teams and small projects.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date.
  • •U.S. citizenship required.
