Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic customer engagements, aligning Okta Identity Governance solutions with customer business outcomes and discussing with security/infrastructure leaders.
•Deliver tailored demonstrations and architectural sessions, and design outcome-focused PoCs that show governance solutions across SaaS, on-premises, and disconnected apps.
•Create and maintain reusable demonstration systems, diagrams, and documentation to support presales and enable field teams.
•Provide strategic and technical guidance to Solutions Engineering teams across Okta identity platforms and collaborate with the Office of the Field CTO to translate field insights into product improvements.
•Travel up to 40% for customer meetings and industry events, representing Okta as a thought leader in identity governance and security.

Key Requirements

•Identity Governance mastery with hands-on experience deploying governance solutions (e.g., Sailpoint, Saviynt, Oracle Governance, Lumos) and knowledge of hybrid identity concepts (AD/Azure AD, Entra ID) with Kerberos, GPOs and SAML/OIDC protocols.
•Low-code/no-code automation experience (e.g., Zapier or Workato) to automate security workflows.
•Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to contribute to technical events and craft executive messaging.
•Experience designing and delivering POCs and architectural sessions across SaaS and on-premise environments.
•Ability to translate complex requirements into governance patterns, joiner/mover/leaver flows, and software rationalization tasks.
