Systems Application Analyst

Support Visa clients made up of financial institutions and vendors by owning end-to-end resolution of complex, high-impact incidents. Monitor and troubleshoot VOCC outages across multiple platforms, lead internal/external bridge stewardship for timely client-facing resolution, and coordinate scheduled changes, releases, and operational readiness activities. Work independently while prioritizing by business and client impact, assess incident effects, and communicate updates to stakeholders using strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.
