Job Summary

Lead a player-coach team of Implementation Architects across SF and NYC, owning the technical post-sales journey from kickoff through go-live and beyond. Coach and develop the team, drive delivery outcomes, and escalate technical blockers for complex implementations. When needed, engineer and ship enhancements (e.g., custom pricing models) and establish consistent implementation methodology, documentation, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Architects across SF and NYC.
•Own delivery outcomes to ensure implementations are on track, customers are unblocked, and quality is high.
•Act as an Implementation Architect for a set of customers and resolve complex or at-risk technical blockers.
•Drive consistent implementation methodology including kickoffs, technical discovery, API design, and go-live.
•Partner with Customer Success to maintain smooth handoffs and long-term account health.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in a technical post-sales role such as solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or technical account management.
•3-5 years of people management experience with a track record of supporting IC growth and delivering results.
•Strong implementation fluency including APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and SQL, with comfort debugging and translating technical tradeoffs.
•Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with engineering teams.
