Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct inspections of properties and buildings to identify defects, evaluate compliance, and identify liabilities.
  • •Conduct unbiased investigations for various types of clients.
  • •Prepare written reports that document causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended remediation.
  • •Proven technical competency in Building Consultancy, including Homeowners Warranty, Litigated Claims, Large Loss, Complex Causation, Scope of Works, Estimating and Project Management.
  • •Provide expert witness testimony in the courts, as required.
