Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile). Support the team sales process through outbound calling, identifying needs and opportunities, and contributing to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies, and act as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
