Associate, People Operations

Own key People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding coordination with People Partnering. Maintain accurate HR records and internal policies, draft employment letters, and support HRIS rollouts in partnership with vendors. Compile monthly People metrics for management reporting, help drive HR initiatives and culture events, and provide expatriate relocation support such as housing and visa administration.
