•Champion application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Analytics techniques at Pratt & Whitney’s Ceramic Matrix Composite Enterprise, located at the Center of Excellence in Carlsbad, CA.
•Influence site personnel to integrate CORE methods and tools into daily work.
•Delivers measurable Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost results while improving teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
•Communicates with management team and the CMC steering committee regarding matters of significant importance.
•Develops and implements new products, processes and standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,400 - 251,600 annually

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience
•Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
•U.S. Citizenship required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
