Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee two Maintenance Workers “in training” and coordinate maintenance subcontractors and projects.
  • •Perform an assortment of maintenance and safety tasks onsite.
  • •Lead a team environment with strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of Pilot Scale R&D equipment and oversee pilot plant R&D maintenance.
  • •Perform Building PMs and oversee small capital construction projects, including small carpentry and plumbing repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma.
  • •At least one certification in Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Steam Fitting, Sprinkler Fitting, or HVAC.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in trades or a maintenance position.
  • •Minimum 8 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
  • •Project Management experience and strong Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing knowledge of best practices.
