Associate Process Engineer -Omaha

Support senior engineers on product/process/package development using MOPD methodology. Develop manufacturing processes that meet consumer and marketplace requirements, define the transformations needed to produce new food products, and execute bench-top and pilot plant testing to validate hypotheses. Review and analyze experimental results, maintain accurate records distilled into intellectual property, and monitor food industry consumer trends while collaborating cross-functionally and following safety/food-safety practices.
