Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of supplier contracts, including implementing corrective measures to address performance issues in cost, quality, and delivery.
  • •Develop strong relationships with assigned suppliers and work with cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance and reduce total material costs.
  • •Implement supplier relationship management (SRM) strategy to build long-term partnerships aligned with business objectives.
  • •Monitor supplier capacity and delivery performance, identify gaps proactively, and drive recovery plans to meet customer commitments.
  • •Lead supplier performance reviews, perform root-cause analysis, create corrective action plans, and use supplier KPI and spend data to identify cost and efficiency improvement opportunities.
