Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the deployment and integration of LEAN Manufacturing methodologies across the facility to enhance operational excellence and meet business goals.
  • •Partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • •Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to foster a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
  • •Utilize Continuous Improvement (CORE) tools and techniques (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Management, Lean Six Sigma) to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert in Continuous Improvement (CORE) tools and techniques, providing training and support to cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Operations or Business Management (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical preferred)
  • •Minimum of 3+ years in operations, manufacturing, or process improvement roles
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • •Proven track record of leading process improvement projects with quantifiable results
  • •Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
