Job Summary

Two Continuous Improvement Leads will drive Lean manufacturing initiatives at the Midland, Ontario RTX ELCAN facility, overseeing CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) Operating System deployment, facilitating process improvements with cross-functional teams, and delivering data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery while advancing CI certification milestones.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the deployment and integration of LEAN Manufacturing methodologies across the facility to enhance operational excellence and meet business goals.
•Partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
•Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to foster a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
•Utilize Continuous Improvement (CORE) tools and techniques (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Management, Lean Six Sigma) to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
•Serve as a subject matter expert in Continuous Improvement (CORE) tools and techniques, providing training and support to cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 65,000 - 107,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Operations or Business Management (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical preferred)
•Minimum of 3+ years in operations, manufacturing, or process improvement roles
•Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System or other continuous improvement methodologies
•Proven track record of leading process improvement projects with quantifiable results
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
