  • •Develop and execute account strategies aligned to client objectives and American Express priorities, including driving consultative sales conversations.
  • •Drive portfolio growth by expanding B2B payment solutions, American Express Offers, advertising products, Resy participation, and value-added services.
  • •Secure Payment Decisioning (PD) opportunities when appropriate and maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities.
  • •Lead cross-functional alignment and portfolio health monitoring by partnering with Product, Marketing, Pricing, Risk, Legal, Commercial, and Merchant Services teams.
